The Miramar Oasis, framed by mountain views and the sea two blocks away, is across the street from the five-star Rosewood Miramar Resort. Walk to the beach, relax in the heated plunge pool, or curl up in the cozy living room in front of a fire. Top notch shopping and dining is a stroll away at Montecito’s Coast Village road. This beautiful property has been thoughtfully renovated and furnished with a focus on style and comfort. With two separate living areas and three bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bath, the Miramar Oasis’ unique layout makes it ideal for families, multiple generations, or small groups. A wall of windows extends across the open living/dining concept space. Enjoy the cozy bay window reading nook and fireplace and modern kitchen. In the rear is a separate lounge space with television and third bedroom and bath. Relax in the heated plunge pool after a day at Miramar Beach, BBQ and dine under the Oak tree canopy at this one of a kind Miramar Oasis. Walking or biking in this neighborhood is easy and enjoyable. It is also easy to drive and park in Montecito with free parking in most locations or valet options. $50 per night Pool heating fee Minimum Age of persons making reservation: 30 years old. We loved having two ‘living areas’ since our families were on central time and western time. The beds were comfortable, the linens were nice and soft and the bathrooms clean. We spent the majority of our time outside eating breakfast and dinner or enjoying the pool. We loved that the pool had a separate gate so we felt very safe with our toddler.The house is right off the freeway so easy access both north and south and we drove three minutes to Butterfly beach. We did not take advantage of the ability to buy day passes to the Rosewood but when we come back we certainly will. The property is right across the street and absolutely beautiful.The kitchen had all the pots and pans and utensils we needed to cook every night. The utility room had laundry detergent and even spot cleaner. They also had plenty of beach towels, extra blankets. The house was well stocked and very much appreciated.We will definitely stay here again if we come back to SB Montecito. ##### Denise S. It looked beautiful on the listing and was just as delightful in person. I've never felt so comfortable at a home that isn't my own. It was nice and quiet, the pool and outdoor area was lovely, and it was the perfect combination of an open concept full of light but still very cozy and private. The short walk to the beach each morning was ideal, and I enjoyed exploring the local neighborhood and shops in Montecito. There was clearly a lot of attention put into even the smallest details to make it a comfortable stay. Just wish I could have stayed even longer! ##### Nick F.
