We offer inspiring spaces to relax and entertain with seamless indoor/outdoor flow. Highlights include: 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom with a king bed has its own bathroom and a sunny private courtyard. The living room has soaring wood accented ceilings. Full kitchen is stocked with all the necessary appliances, along with ample seating at the dining table. Two beautiful outdoor patios offer a dining table, barbeque, firepit and outdoor shower. Every window in the house looks upon a lush landscape. Ample street parking with no restrictions. Communication with Kelly was seamless and she was very responsive. The location was excellent - short walk to the beach and beachside restaurants, short drive to town. The home itself was spacious and well-stocked with several nice touches not often found in rentals (e.g. shower caps, hair ties, full-size lotions). The kitchen was probably the best we've ever had in a VRBO. We like the flexibility of being able to cook some of our meals, so it was a treat to be able to come home from the farmers market and cook dinner with proper equipment and supplies! There was also nice touches that make a difference like fresh flowers which shows care for the home. The location was amazing—we loved that we could walk to Leadbetter beach, Stearns wharf, and other nearby places. It would be even more fun in the summer with the nice outdoor spaces at the house. We were a short walk to the park at the end of the street and took the stairs down to the beach. Santa Barbara was amazing and would recommend it for anyone to visit with nice beaches, walking areas, restraints. The property itself was a nice quiet, spacious getaway for me and my family. The home is equipped with everything we needed for a super comfortable stay. Amazing gathering spots, both indoors and out.
