THE AREA Picturesque Santa Barbara location close to countless beaches, parks, restaurants, wine tasting, shopping, hiking trails, the Pier, and only 2 miles from Downtown Santa Barbara. Quick 2 minute walk to East Beach and a 10 minute walk to Santa Barbara's Zoo. Only a short drive to Hendry's Beach (incredible off-leash dog beach). Located right across the street from various restaurants and Tri-County Produce (a local favorite for fresh groceries). The perfect coastal get-away! The garage is used for storage and supplies and is generally not accessible to our guests. We have 3 exterior off-street parking spaces (2 of the 3 are tandem). Our home is located close to the freeway and the train. Easily accommodating a group of 12 the amenities were solid was everything we needed. If you are a light sleeper, the home is directly across from the train tracks so leaving one of the balcony doors open in the evening can be loud. It was a great layout and has good bedroom to bathroom ratio for large groups. It is super easy to walk to the beach and just over a mile walk to the funk zone. Highly recommend!! It is well-equipped in every aspect and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. There is plenty of entertainment available for both kids and adults, including a variety of games in the game room, a ready-to-use jacuzzi, a sauna, and even Netflix. Our group included all age ranges—from adults to teenagers and even a baby—everyone felt very comfortable during our stay. The only downside was that the train tracks were located directly across the street, but it wasn’t too disruptive. ##### Gabriela P.
