We especially loved the large patio area as well as the Dec off of one of the bedrooms. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms had good water pressure. Kitchen was well equipped. The apartment was very comfortable for 4 people/2 couples with 2 bedrooms, separated by a comfortable living space and nice, perfectly sufficient kitchen. The highlight was having 2 outdoor patio spaces offering privacy from the street and shaded space for meals and relaxing. We walked all over in town to the art museum, courthouse, restaurants, beach, Stearn’s Wharf, the pier, markets, just rarely needed to use an Uber. The train station was also close by and we took it into Ventura and rode bikes to Ojai Another day we did a wine tasting tour on e-bikes. Overall, just a lovely location and pretty neighborhood. ##### Margaret M. It was close to the places we wanted to visit, the designated parking was helpful, we LOVED the outdoor patio, and the house had everything we needed. One of the bedrooms has a desk which came in handy for doing some work. Wifi worked great. Loved sitting out on the patio to eat our lunches and breakfasts. Bathrooms very well stocked with plenty of towels etc. Enjoyed the coffee machine and the host provided plenty of pods. Short 2 block walk to the beach and 10 minutes to downtowns.
