What a perfect house for a weekend trip for a friends wedding. The house is darling. Large, comfortable and spacious. The communication from the host was spot on and helpful. Beautiful home in a charming neighborhood! Highly recommend

EXCEPTIONAL
House was absolutely perfect for our family reunion/wedding. House is spacious, clean and the swimming pool/hot tube a bonus. Kitchen fully equipped with all cooking needs, BBQ outside. Our family loved staying here. We lucked out finding this house. Host Rick is wonderful to work with and very accommodating.

Perfect Birthday Get-Away
Went here for my girlfriend’s 30th birthday celebration. It is very comfortable for large groups. Great location - good neighborhood and near shopping centers. Used it as a base to go into Santa Barbara. Rick is an excellent host - very communicative and helpful!

This is a great home for the summer months with kids who love to swim. Location to the beaches and UC Santa Barbara are great. Lots of convenient grocery stores within driving range.

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood
We hosted our family Christmas in this house and it was great! Close to lots of activities, house was large enough to accommodate the whole family, and the neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. Very good communication with the host, would definitely recommend staying here.

Good for extended family
My wife and I, our 2 daughters with their husbands, and our 4 grandchildren (ages 1-4) had a comfortable stay here. The pool was a bit chilly but not surprising for late October. The adults and kids enjoyed the hot tub and the kitchen was well-equipped for the few meals we prepared at the house. All of the places we visited were within a 20 minute drive from the house. If we ever return to Santa Barbara, we would happily stay here again.

Great access to everything
We stayed a few days with our family of 4, there was more than enough room in the house. We had a great location that was close to beaches, shops, restaurants, downtown Santa Barbara and even a few Parks. It was a great stay, quiet neighborhood and great time

Wonderful place, plenty of room, everything we needed
This was a wonderful place to stay! There was plenty of room, all the amenities were provided as described, and it was close to many of the places we wanted to go. Easy to find and in a beautiful neighborhood. We enjoyed having the bedrooms on one side of the house so adults could visit after kids went to bed without worrying about noise. We really enjoyed having the pool and hot tub! The owner was always quick to respond with any questions and easy to talk to. We highly recommend this house and hope we can stay again if we return to the area!

Perfect family weekend!
This was the perfect house for our family gathering. We didn't want an expensive and fancy place and this was exactly what we hoped for. Comfortable, functional and the pool (with pool floaties waiting!) was amazing. We are already planning to return!

Great home away from home!
Rick has everything you could need to make the stay at him home comfortable and enjoyable. From fans and a/c units (it happened to be a hot weekend we were there), to coffee filters and creamer, and pool floaties and towels. Great communication and very welcoming for our families.

Good vacation home
We had a very pleasant stay in this home. The home was clean and very spacious. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and very enjoyable. We were able to utilize the grill and had great time outside with family. I would consider this home for another vacation.

Great Place to Stay
The six of us (adults) were there to visit nearby relatives and attend a wedding. The location was in a lovely quiet neighborhood but also close to shopping centers. The house offers all the amenities to make you feel at home. Rick, our host, was very accommodating and flexible to care of our needs and we really appreciated that! The pool & hot tub were well taken care of as well as the large BBQ. All the beds were very comfortable. I wish we had more time to spend there to completely enjoy its offerings! We'll be back!

Relaxing family getaway

A MARATHON OASIS OF PEACE AND TRANQUILTY
We booked the home for a group of marathon runners from Italy and we prepared food in the immense kitchen. The home is peaceful and serene, the backyard with the swimming pool and hot tub is an oasis of tranquility and Zen peace. We highly recommend the location, the owner was exceptional in his communication. The home is simple to locate and well worth the reasonable price. 4 bedrooms and two baths, a huge living room and the kitchen is wonderful. the perfect house for a large group. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Great place for a relaxing bachelorette party
This was a great home base for my bachelorette party. The house was comfy and the pool and hot tub were wonderful for hanging out for a lazy Sunday! Check in and out were easy and we had no issues!

Exactly as advertised
The house was exactly like the pictures. The house was spacious with plenty of room for everyone. It was spotlessly clean. It was very comfortable. The backyard pool was so clean it sparkled. With floaties in it waiting for us. Close to everything. I didn’t need to talk with our host at all. Everything was perfect, there was no need. I call that a perfect house and a perfect host. We would definitely stay there again!

Our Stay for the Wedding
It was a very nice house. The kitchen was GREAT, very well stocked with anything you would need. The pool was warm and very inviting. Our family really enjoyed the pool and sitting outdoors. Our only issue was that there is no AC so the bedrooms were very warm. It was appreciated that the fans were there but it didn't really help to cool down the rooms. I did notice that the master bathroom counter top had black grout in some areas where it obviously hadn't been cleaned and the throw rugs on the floor in the entry way and in the bathrooms had not been laundered in awhile. Also the pillows were not in plastic casings under the pillow case so that's a little gross and unsanitary. But it is a very nice and comfortable house. We appreciated that the neighborhood was quiet.

Family in town for wedding. We had 4 adults, 1 teen and a 10 year old, so plenty of beds. The pool and spa were greatly appreciated as it was a warm weekend. Appreciated the coffee and tea being in the kitchen for first morning. Comfortable furnishings, nothing fancy. Well stocked kitchen.

Amazing family house
Rick's house was immaculately clean and provided all the essentials for a large family stay. The rooms were roomy and comfortable. Rick provided great communication ahead of the stay and there were no issues with anything while we were there. May the 4th Event
Our party consisted of 4 retired couples from Arizona visiting for an event held on the second night. The house was as pictured and worked out well. We cooked breakfast and the kitchen was well equipped. Spent time by the pool. Had take out for dinner and plenty of room to include son and family. Would work well for a multi family as well. Close to stores, restaurants, parks and beach. Love Anna's Bakery and Goleta Old Town Coffee.

Great location in a lovely neighborhood!
We really enjoyed our stay here! This was an easy location for our large group of families to head into Santa Barbara, ride some local trails and go to the beach. The pool was a big bonus with the kids and there was plenty of room to spread out and cook meals. We went for walks through the neighborhood each morning and it was lovely. Be aware that the house does back up to a main road so it can get a little more loud during parts of the day if that matters to you.

We enjoyed our stay here and it provided more than enough space for our group (4 adults, 5 kids). Location is great, close by shopping and local entertainment. The bathrooms and bedrooms were well appointed, and the bedding was comfortable. The pool and the hot tub were definitely a major plus for our group! The kitchen was stocked with plenty of silverware and dishes, enough pots and pans to prepare food and the refrigerator and built in icemaker were great on a hot day. We could have used some simple additions like a mixing bowl. Thanks Rick!

We had a wonderful stay. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and close enough to Santa Barbara to have a lot of amenities. The pool is a good size (and a bit chilly in February) so the hot tub felt great after a few laps!
