Dead end road location completely fenced with a breakaway screen for your four-legged family members, easy in and out! King bed and additional pull-up sofa bed, approx. a double size not a complete separation between the king bed, and the living space please look at the photos closely, for compatibility!!! ideal for a couple and a couple children or maybe three adults. Beautiful serene yard fully fenced for outdoor use, large table, bbq and lounge chairs. Great location that's close to hiking, downtown Monticeto and Santa Barbara. Very well stocked kitchen and a nice deck to relax on. The kitchen and bath were well-appointed. The bed was large and comfortable with nice linens. The yard was nicely maintained with many succulents, nasturtiums, and the biggest spearmint plants I have ever seen. There was a nice deck off the kitchen/main room with a Weber barbecue and a nice seating area perfect for dining or relaxing. The outdoor space is laid out perfectly with areas to enjoy sun or shade at different times of day. My fiancé and I travelled from the east coast to a wedding in Montecito. We had a hotel room reserved, but we had never been to the West Coast and wanted a true experience. I found her listing and immediately booked her Cottage over the hotel, and I’m extremely happy we did. Not only was the Cottage PERFECT for what we needed, it was closer to the venue then the hotels listed on the block. It was quaint, clean, quiet, and close enough that we got to spend the morning checking out Santa Barbara before going to our time specific events. The garden yard was beautiful. We took plenty of pictures here before going to the actual wedding events. The host was responsive and made the check in process seamless. I would 100% stay at this property again.
