We live in a marina/Beach community, but being Carpinteria and staying, literally, a stone's throw from the sand is a whole northern world. Only negative, due to the pandemic situation, the town trolley normally starts their route directly in front of the unit. Not sure if that is mentioned in the website, but might be a good thing to do. It costs .50c unless handicapped or seniors, then .25c. Would love the opportunity to return. Dick P. ##### Dick P.
