Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, cruiser bikes are provided, standup paddle boards upon request!

A wonderful Santa Barbara villa
A wonderful Santa Barbara villa with many amenities, close to the beach and the shops and restaurants on State Street. Located in a very quiet residential neighborhood with a lovely patio and balcony.
It was the perfect home away from home and the host was most helpful and responsive.

We loved the first floor bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed. Living room was very comfortable. Washer and dryer were great to have.

Wonderful neighborhood and perfect stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our five-night stay! It was my partner's bday, and a super nice bottle of Zinfandel awaited us upon our arrival. The property is well-maintained, very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. Fun art work, an all-around good vibe! We loved the neighborhood. We walked to the harbor everyday. We had dinner at The Lark, Toma, Wine Cask and Brophy Brothers, all walkable from the condo! You can walk to the Funk Zone and State Street. So perfect! THX again for a very memorable experience. We will be back. Lovely place. Oh, and great bed.

Luxury near the beach
This condo is beautifully appointed, just blocks from the beach, quiet, and an easy walk to restaurants. It was a perfect for our four night mini-vacation in Santa Barbara. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Simply the best
There are not enough words to describe what an incredible property Villa Azul is. Pictures do not do it justice. It is aesthetically pleasing from the high ceilings to the beautiful bamboo flooring. The lighting was a big plus for me, as I am not a fan of overhead lights, so the dimmer option on practically all of the light fixtures was a pleasant surprise. The plethora of windows offer an abundance of natural light as well as good air flow throughout. The temperatures were perfect so we were able to sleep with windows open all night. The host/hostess went above and beyond to make our visit one we will cherish for a lifetime. Kathryn was an absolute pleasure and was so thoughtful in her preparation of our welcoming. She is the essence of what exceptional customer service is all about. This is by far, the best experience I have EVER had with a rental property and host. I highly recommend both the property and the hosts. I hope to return for a future visit someday.

Ideal location
My husband and I spent 4 nights at this property and couldn’t have been happier. It is in an ideal location. Walking distance to all the State Street and wharf destinations. We didn’t need to drive to get our morning coffee or dinner. The beach cruisers were so fun to take out along the bike path by the beach. And, the house itself was so comfortable with plenty of supplies in the kitchen, a comfortable bed, and a cozy living room for relaxing. Communication with the owners was easy and responsive. We definitely recommend!

Great location for Santa Barbara. Very quiet.
Would have been a great trip had one of us not fallen on the very slippery stairs. Because his foot swelled up we were not doing the walking around town we had hoped for. The car we drove here, Lexus RX hybrid was too wide to enter the garage door opening. We had to park on the street that has parking limitations. Next time we will bring our smaller vehicle. This all aside, the two story condo is decorated nicely and the complex is very peaceful. Enjoyed sitting on the upstairs patio looking at magazines. The location is close to everything you would want to do. Maybe next time we will be able to enjoy a walk to check out the touristy locations. The owners were helpful with answering questions prior to our visit and quick to respond. Once the dangerous slippery stairs are addressed this condo gets high recommendations.
