Beds were very firm, so not comfortable. The bathroom was sparse, so nowhere to put down your stuff. It is in the heart of Solvang and convenient to sights and amenities. Overall, it's just an above average motel.

This is our second time staying at the property and we still enjoyed our stay. Very clean, quiet, and walkable to restaurants and shopping areas. I recommend this place.

You can learn most about property management when things go wrong. Like most inns, walls can be a bit thin. Our neighbor's music and "outside" voice were keeping us up. Management was able to resolve the issue quickly. Upon returning home, we realized we had left a sentimental item. The hotel had it in lost and found and arranged its return quickly. The service and hospitality here are the best!!

The property was a little dated and really went all in on minimalist decor. The room I had was just a little bigger than a walk in closet with a bathroom. I was able to visit other rooms that were twice the size ( and the same price). I had room 2 which was obviously an effort to squeeze a few more dollars out of the business. Definitely at guest expense. I won’t be going back…

The property is really nice. The rooms are decent size and has all the amenities of a name brand hotel. Bed was comfortable and cozy.

Lovely and very clean hotel. Staff were very nice and made checking in and out effortless. Very conveniently located across the street from an excellent bakery and yummy pancake house. Thanks Hamlet Inn for a lovely stay.

This unique property kept with the Danish theme. It is in a great location, close to shopping and restaurants. The room was spacious and included a sofa and coffee table and window seating. Beds were comfortable and towels very fluffy. Complimentary bottled water was nice Cons during our stay were that the shampoo dispenser was empty, and it is hard to find the “sweet spot” for hot water in the shower. The contactless check-in and entry were a great feature!

Front desk was so kind and sweet. We were able to check in 2 hours early. Our room is considered a 2 bedroom (2 queen beds). The location is perfect. Close to plenty of restaurants and in the middle of everything. The cons are: the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable. It was really difficult to get a good night’s sleep. You can also hear your neighbors. At around 1am, we could hear the people next to us going up and down the stairs and their conversations. The AC in the room was also not working. Thankfully; the weather is nice and cool that we didn’t really need it.

The first night there was a spider in our bathroom. The second night a strange bug was in my bed trying to get into my ear!!!!!! I couldn’t go back to sleep after that!!!!
