The property exceeded our expectations. The interiors are very up-to-date, not only in the central building (ie. the Main Desk, restaurant, bar, and entertainment space), but also the rooms themselves. Very modern, and clean. The one thing that needs to change, is the bathrooms in the rooms. The bathroom door separating between the sleeping area and bathroom, is a large, louvered sliding barn door with large gaps and barely offers any privacy to the bathroom user. How our bathroom was set up (in an L-shape), there is substantial room to add another door separating the toilet/shower from the sink area. That would solve all of the present issues of the lack of bathroom privacy, which we (as a party of 4 sharing 1 room, could have used). Please fix that. Otherwise, great stay, would definitely come again.

The front desk ladies were wonderful, friendly, personable, and helpful. The same cannot be said about the servers in the restaurant. My husband waited for 40 minutes for the server to come and get our order. He finally gave up and walked to Domino's pizza to get food for our hungry kids.

The doors were really loud when closing. Lots of smokers on walkways. Set up a smoking area away from the rooms.

The design for the bathroom door is outrageous. It’s a sliding shutter like door. You can hear everything going on from the bathroom. In addition, it seems like they rushed their recent remodel. There were air bubbles on the shower floor, it felt gross. Overall, the property amenities were better than the design of the hotel room and bathroom.

The recent renovations done to this property are TOP NOTCH. I wish I could have taken the bed home with me! The central location to downtown was another plus. Would love to stay again to experience the Christmas charm.

Great little property and the renovation make it nice and cozy. It is close to the main road and can be a little loud but there isn’t much traffic after a certain hour of the night. It is located on the far end of town, but it is still convenient to walk around and see everything.

The new bar is amazing! The staff were all great! We loved it here before the remodel... But it's even better. Live music is a great addition. The lounging areas great. The only thing we miss is the in-room jacuzzi tubs.

I’ve stayed at the location before, but the transformation was amazing! The electricity went out due to the heavy rain, but the employees took it in stride and did what they could for us. My son says he loved our room and wants to go back again.
