### Expansive and Modern Home With Pool and Tennis Court!

Enchanted Garden (formally known as Wing House) is an artfully remodeled, resort-style retreat set on 1.5 private acres lush with a sparkling pool, mature palms, producing avocado trees, tennis court, and rare botanicals—earning it the nickname "Little Lotusland" after the iconic Montecito gardens.  
  
Blending Spanish hacienda architecture with shades of white, modern art, and Indian rugs, this thoughtfully designed home exudes laid-back luxury. At its heart is a curved living room separating the two wings, with trestle-beamed ceilings, a fireplace, and French doors opening to the terrace and expansive grounds.  
  
An adjacent family/media room features expansive steel windows that look out onto the front garden, kept private by a white stucco wall that stands between the two entries to the circular drive. The family room flows into the custom kitchen featuring massive skylights, professional style appliances, a wood breakfast bar, and a scenic dining area with floor-to-ceiling steel windows framing pool views. The 10-foot artisan table offers the perfect setting for memorable meals.  
  
The tropical backyard centers around a sparkling 40-foot pool with a built-in spa. Lounge areas, a fire pit, and an outdoor fireplace create year-round warmth. With a tennis, pickleball, and basketball court, active guests need not go beyond the backyard for a great workout and a taste of friendly competition. Outdoor living is at its finest with a covered dining terrace by the fireplace, lush gardens to explore, seating in a sunny open space carved out of the expansive lawn, and plenty of places to unwind—from shaded arbors to sunny poolside lounges, living is divine here.  
  
In the east wing, the dramatic primary suite features soaring ceilings, queen-size bed, a custom fireplace, French doors to the pool, and a spa-like bath with steam shower, dual sinks, and Moroccan tile. The west wing includes a large secondary suite with a king-size bed and ensuite bath, plus laundry, and two additional bedrooms connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom.  
  
The location is ideal, near Hendry's Beach, Hope Ranch and casual dining and shopping on the Mesa. Designed for comfort and versatility, Enchanted Garden accommodates up to eight guests in style. Each wing offers autonomy and privacy—ideal for hosting, relaxing, or working remotely in a peaceful, garden-filled setting. It's lovely here, promising a fantastic stay in paradise. good house in a nice location. got hassled by a neighbor who made incorrect statements and assumptions then was warned by the property manager who seemed to do nothing to checking things out. ok but not well managed imo.

#### Lovely Relaxing Stay in Sanctuary

The house is lovely - spacious and well designed. The yard is beautiful - your own private retreat. Communication from the host was great, they were very responsive and accommodating. The beds are all memory foam - the second master was too soft for me so I had to sleep in the smaller room, but I was happy in there. The main master bed is only a queen size. The kitchen is very well stocked - we wanted for nothing and enjoyed cooking. The house is very close to a dog friendly beach and it's just over 10 mins by car to the town center. Ubers were easy to order. There's nothing you can really walk to (the beach is down a very steep hill by main road), but we had a car so we were happy enough! We'd stay here again, it was beautiful.
