Just two blocks from the center of Santa Barbara and the Paseo Nuevo Shopping Center. Enjoy shopping at Paseo Nuevo and casual dining at one of the many restaurants such as Eureka and California Pizza Kitchen. Or stroll through to State Street for night life, fine dining, art museums and theatres including the Granada, Lobero, and Arlington-- all only a few blocks away. The nearest beach is only one mile away--catch the trolley ride from State Street to Stearns Wharf and miles of walking and bicycle paths along the water.
