Highlights include high-speed fiber optic internet, a fully equipped kitchen, hardwood floors, a large whirlpool tub for two, a walk-in shower, and a private gated patio with an outdoor shower and dining set. The master bedroom offers a brand new, king sized bed, air-conditioning, a gas fireplace, smart Roku TV, and bluetooth sound system. A second room features a built-in twin daybed and desk, perfect to use as an office or kid's room. Guests can also access a large, communal deck area that features sun loungers, a dining table, and a gas BBQ grill. This home is just one block away from the famed East Beach and within walking distance of restaurants and local attractions such as the Santa Barbara Zoo, Bird Refuge, Cabrillo Arts Pavilion, and East Beach volleyball courts, all of which are within walking distance. It is a great property and we had a fun time and enjoyed our stay. I could hear the freeway and train, so would want to be there for too long. Ok for a couple of days They said washer dryer available in the welcome book but then wouldn’t let me use it. I communicated and they only responded with a generic ai response such as “we cannot help you this is our policy” then I wanted Kate checkout after they sent an email and they said “not available. This is our policy” so I was frustrated. The place had masses of dust et the furniture and mold in kitchen cabinets. Otherwise would be a sweet place to stay again if there was more functional housekeeping and management. ##### Kate R. The apartment was comfortable with all the amenities needed. There was a lot of wear and tear in places and the kitchen had limited equipment which seemed quite dated. But the biggest issue was the kitchen sink and countertop. The countertop is literally peeling off around the sink and is brown and rotting inside, it is absolutely disgusting.
