The original Spanish architecture has been preserved while offering modern upgrades & conveniences. This 190 sqft queen-bed unit has a flat-screen smart TV with streaming, casting, or Airplay features and a Samsung split heating/AC system for ultimate comfort. A private en-suite bath with a rain shower and a kitchenette with Nespresso, microwave & mini fridge complete this stay in Santa Barbara. NOISE DISCLAIMER: This unit is below the upper units. It is possible to hear noises coming from above you. We notify the upstairs guests of this and ask them always to respect their noise level to avoid disturbing downstairs guests. Should you have any issues with this, please call us on our dedicated hospitality line, and we will contact the guests above to remedy the situation immediately. \*NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy-parties or events are not allowed. One parking spot per unit on a first-come, first-serve basis. EV chargers are available for guests to use during their stay. Two shared J1772 chargers are mounted on the left side of the parking lot. Two shared Tesla chargers are located on the right side of the parking area. Please bring your own adaptor if needed, and please disconnect when not charging to allow other guests access to the chargers. Casa Jardin does not monitor parking spot use and we are unable to request guests to move their vehicles. \## Tech This complex does not have live TV service. All TVs have apps (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, and Amazon Video) for your streaming pleasure. The property has gigabit wifi, and the unit has a private network for guests to cast directly onto the TV. \## Interaction This is a self-serve stay. We are off-site hosts; there is no front desk or office, and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality phone line in case of emergencies (24/7) and our team is available on call, text, or chat during 5 am - 1 am to help assist you during your stay! \## Neighborhood Located within walking distance to nearly all restaurants and retail stores on the State Street corridor, 20+ tasting rooms, 10+ breweries, and countless choices for eating or drinking make this an ideal location for anything that may bring you to the world-renowned Santa Barbara Coast. Please note that there is an active construction site across the street, led by the City of Santa Barbara. Per the city's noise ordinance, construction work is allowed from 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (weekdays) and 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Saturdays). Work is prohibited on Sundays and legal holidays. We walked everywhere, didn’t need to rent a car. A couple blocks from State St and other side streets with great restaurants and shopping. I took a 15m drive to Summerland and Montecito one day and loved the area and shopping there. The room is clean and easy to get in to. Nice and bright at night, feels safe. The room looked as described. We stayed in a smaller unit, it was all we needed but if you’re someone with a lot of clothing or needing a little space from your travel partner, I would suggest a larger room. We were on the lower level. I had read that some people experienced issues with exterior noise but we didn’t have any issues at all. Great spot! We will definitely stay here again. ##### Teddy D.
