The original Spanish architecture has been preserved while offering modern upgrades & conveniences. This 335 sqft unit contains two queen beds, a flat-screen smart TV with streaming, casting, or Airplay features, and a Samsung split heating/AC system for ultimate comfort. A private en-suite bath with a tub and a kitchenette with Nespresso, microwave & mini fridge complete this stay in Santa Barbara. NOISE DISCLAIMER: This unit is above lower units; please know this when booking as noise transfers downstairs. We ask for extra diligence in this unit to respect noise levels at all hours to avoid disturbing downstairs guests. Noise can also be heard from downstairs units. \*NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy-parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm-8 am.\* \*PETS: ONLY 1 PET ALLOWED (N/A to service animals, applicable to ESA's). A pet fee will apply; pets can not be left unattended in your room. One parking spot per unit on a first-come, first-serve basis. EV chargers are available for guests to use during their stay. Two shared J1772 chargers are mounted on the left side of the parking lot. Two shared Tesla chargers are located on the right side of the parking area. Please bring your own adaptor if needed, and please disconnect when not charging to allow other guests access to the chargers. Casa Jardin does not monitor parking spot use and we are unable to request guests to move their vehicles. \## Tech This complex does not have live TV service. Instead, all TVs have apps (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, and Amazon Video) for your streaming pleasure. The property has gigabit wifi, and the unit has a private network for guests to cast directly onto the TV. \## Interaction This is a self-serve stay. We are off-site hosts; there is no front desk or office, and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality phone line in case of emergencies (24/7) and our team is available on call, text, or chat during 5 am - 1 am to help assist you during your stay! \## Neighborhood Located within walking distance to nearly all restaurants and retail stores on the State Street corridor, 20+ tasting rooms, 10+ breweries, and countless choices for eating or drinking make this an ideal location for anything that may bring you to the world-renowned Santa Barbara Coast. Please note that there is an active construction site across the street, led by the City of Santa Barbara. Per the city's noise ordinance, construction work is allowed from 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (weekdays) and 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Saturdays). Work is prohibited on Sundays and legal holidays. The owners thought of many of those details that make a place stand out: nespresso machine, excellent/quiet/new ventilation system, a drawer full of items that travelers may have forgotten (ear plugs, toothbrush, etc), very comfortable beds. We were three blacks from State Street and about .7 miles from the Mission. There is a playground and garden about .3 miles away. Everything was walkable. The apt was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Vey clean and comfortable. If you have an Electric Car, almost every parking stahl has one. We had a dog with us and there was plenty of room for her as well. The adorable kitchen was pleasant to make coffee and breakfast in, a cute little table: so much style in such a small footprint. The pretty bedroom was so comfortable to relax in, the bed was comfy and luxurious. The bathroom was also nice with a well lit mirror and plenty of toiletries, including earplugs, and eye masks! Would absolutely stay here again!
