We had spent the previous 3 days camping at the beach in Malibu and headed to Santa Barbara to attend a concert at the Bowl so we definitely appreciated the charm and comfort of the house. Full refrigerator and kitchen and two bathrooms help when multiple occupants are trying to get ready at the same time. We enjoyed our stay.I did not give it a 5 because there is no onsite parking, which I was not aware of based on the description of the place. It’s street parking only and the local residents keep the streets full with their own cars. We were just looking for something downtown close to everything where each of the 3 of us could have our own bed. This property fit the bill perfectly. Each of us had our own room and a queen sized bed which was ideal. The kitchen and living room area are not huge but for the small amount of hours we spent in there in the evenings it was still plenty of room for us. Comunications from the property manager as far as check in goes were fantastic. They even proactively asked me if I needed an early check in which was fantastic.
