« Déjeuner très décevant comparativement à un autre La Quinta. Le personnel rempli l’installation de déjeuner en très peu de quantité. Les patates à déjeuner sont en décomposition et les galettes de viande très sèches. Je crois que c’est la cuisson dans Cet établissement qui fait la différence de façon négative car celui de San Francisco était succulent (mêmes aliments pourtant) »

« Everything was good with our stay except the noise. It was 4th of July weekend so there’s going to be some fireworks and noise but this was ridiculous. There were teenagers up ALL night lighting fireworks in parking lot and the car alarms kept going off right under our window. The room above us had people up all night banging on things and was just so loud. Other than the noise our stay was pleasant. »

« Parking fees extremely expensive (20$/day). Just across the street cheaper parking lots (15$/day). At Murphy avenue there is plenty of residential streets for free parking. Parking fees have not been stated in « additional fees » where it should normally be shown for the clients clear understanding. The room/hotel did not have WiFi. Hilton made it as an option whereas in the ad, it was clearly stated « free wifi ». The room did not even have a mini fridge. I was disappointed of the hotel...

Vous n'êtes pas un client mais un délinquant potentiel, on vous demande une caution par carte bancaire de 200 dollars pour une nuit et si votre carte française ne fonctionne pas car leur terminal Cb ne sait pas les lire, à vous de vous débrouiller pour trouver du cash, pour la restitution du cash au départ, il faut attendre un contrôle de la femme de ménage.
