"From the moment we arrived at check-in, the reception staff’s service was excellent at all times. The housekeeping staff were very attentive and friendly, as was the restaurant team. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with very comfortable beds. The hotel has air conditioning and provides one complimentary bottle of water per person daily. The area where the hotel is located is quiet, facing a park if you wish to exercise, and it also has a good gym. It is also worth mentioning that the hotel has direct access to the Centro Comercial Santa Bárbara, where you can find restaurants, a cinema, cafés, and shops. It is also just a few meters from the Hospital Fundación Santa Fe de Bogotá. 100% full recomend. "

"Amables las personas que atienden; habitación y hotel limpios. Me hospedé en la primera habitación del primer piso y en el día se oyen ruidos del restaurante, pero por la noche no hay problema con ello. Hay un calentador la habitación que no prendí por que es de gas y me dio miedo usarlo. La zona alrededor es agradable y con sitios para comer y caminar. Me quedó la clínica Santa Fe a pocas cuadras y cuando terminé mis consultas y salí del hotel, tomé el transmilenio al aeropuerto que queda en la acera de la entrada de la clínica Santa fe. Volvería a este hotel"

"The entire staff, from reception, dining room, kitchen, and cleaning was welcoming, hospitable, & over the top kind and helpful in so many ways. A special thank you to Herman and the other kitchen staff. Several guests were there for medical procedures, and even the overhead shower could be changed for a sprayer if needed. The steam & sauna are a wonderful extra beyond the jacuzzi & gym. Breakfast & room service food was excellent. You'll miss them all when you leave."
