Centrally located, you are just a few miles away from shopping and dining, 9 miles from Southern California's beautiful beaches, and only 11 miles from the magical world of Disneyland! This location is ideal for your family and close to everything you need. Please note that this property is part of a duplex and shares the lot with another unit. Security & Surveillance Disclosure: For the safety and security of our guests and property, there are three outdoor security cameras installed: One camera is located in the driveway, monitoring the back of the property and parking area. A Ring cameras are installed on the exterior near the front door. These devices are used strictly for security purposes and are not positioned to monitor any private interior spaces. None of the cameras face inside the home, bathrooms, or bedrooms. Please be aware that these cameras may record audio and video. The host told us the Wi-Fi was private, but it was clearly shared and connected to a Ring surveillance camera, which was never disclosed in the listing — a direct violation of VRBO’s policies on guest privacy and transparency. When we brought this up respectfully, the response we received was unprofessional, defensive, and frankly hostile. We were called paranoid and accused of being suspicious for simply asking questions.The unit itself was decent, but the experience made us feel unsafe, disrespected, and misled. We were refunded only for the nights we didn’t stay — which does not make up for the stress, time, and policy violations we endured.I would not recommend this property unless you’re comfortable with a lack of disclosure and hosts who attack rather than address valid concerns. ##### Valentin L.
