Nestled in a serene area yet centrally positioned to Southern California's renowned attractions. Freeways 5, 22, 55, 57, 91 and 405 are close by. Outside, our spacious backyard is a paradise for children with many outdoor games. The fenced yard provides a safe and secure area for playtime, while the patio area is perfect for enjoying meals outdoors on our barbecue grill or simply basking in the California sunshine. Our home is also pet-friendly, so your furry companions are welcome to join in on the fun. We provide amenities such as toys, cots, cute crates, food bowls, water dispenser and a large dog house outside to ensure their comfort and enjoyment during your stay. Home comes with an EV Charger Level II that you are able to use at no extra cost. ROOM BREAKDOWN: • Primary Bedroom: 1 King Bed and 1 Crib - 2 Adults Fit • Secondary Bedroom: 1 King Bed - 2 Adults Fit • Kids Bedroom: Twin Bunk Bed and 1 Full Bed - 2 Kids and Perhaps 2 People or Kids on the Full bed. • Detached Bedroom: 1 - King Bed - 2 Adults Fit \*\* Has a private entrance and is detached from the main home. It was very kid and pet friendly and close to Disneyland and good eats and even a park! The house was decorated very festive for Christmas and so great!
