In the heart of Orange County, you are only a short \~15 minutes to theme parks DISNEYLAND & Knotts Berry Farm, world famous beaches Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Huntington Beach to name a few, Angels Stadium, Honda Center, the iconic South Coast Plaza mall and many other landmarks of So Cal. Nearby grocery stores and quick freeway access make it convenient and accessible to wherever you are headed during your stay.   
  
Enjoy and relax in this amazing single family home that has both upgrades and classic charm geared towards family vacations and entertainers. Located in the Cowan Heights neighborhood of North Tustin and Santa Ana, this architectual residence will make you feel at home. A blend between modern and Asian influences, you are invited to enjoy our 4 bedroom, 5 1/2 bath home with a pool. This is a single family home and is the only residence on the lot. Perfect for families with children with it's private front yard. Modern amenities and classic conveniences blend seamlessly with the classic community of the Cowan Heights!   
  
Simply said, the location (Cowan Heights) of this property is amazing. Tucked into the hills northeast of Tustin and south of Orange, Cowan Heights, as the richest neighborhood in the county, is also perhaps one of the best-kept secrets around. This is a quiet, relaxing home to spend time with the family.

The home also features a living room for the family to enjoy, a secondary living room for the kids, and two master suites. The backyard provides a spacious outdoor mix of seating, pool space and entertainment.

The main living room is an open space that the entire family can use to enjoy the house and serves as the main throughway to the rest of the house. The living room has a flatscreen TV so you can keep up with the game or the news. The TV will allow you to log into your Netflix account! Just a few steps from the main living area is patio door to backyard. There is a second living room that is designed to allow others to relax and watch TV, we think of it as a Kid's living room. The TV has an extra HDMI port if someone brings a gaming system.   
  
The kitchen and dining areas serve as a central meeting point. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking/dining gear. You can choose to cook your meal on the outdoor grill or in the kitchen! The main countertop serves as both prep and dining space. You'll be sure to enjoy the kitchen if you decide to eat in and make a great meal during your vacation. Adjacent to the dining room is a "prep" or laundry room.   
  
All of the bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms. The main master bedroom has a large TV and an expansive closet and bathroom. This master bedroom is on the opposite side of the home and is very quiet. The master bedroom has a king bed and has a private patio that opens up to the pool area.   
  
The second master bedroom has a king bed and a large en-suite bathroom and is located adjacent to the living room. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have comfortable queen beds. A closet with ample space for clothes and their own private bathrooms.   
  
Please be aware that this is entirely a non-smoking property.   
  
PARKING: Muitple cars can park in the front of the home.   
  
Check-in time: 3:30 p.m. on the arrival date   
  
Check-out time: 10 a.m. on the departure date   
  
While we don't allow the property to be rented for commercial purposes, we are open to renting our home to bridal parties, baby showers, or small scale special events with a minimum nightly rental. In such cases, the prep room can be used for caterers. Events must be approved in advance.   
  
Please note that our properties may have electronic devices installed such as electronic locks, front door cameras, or noise monitors. There are no video devices inside the property.   
  
We have implemented CDC Approved cleaning. Using additional sanitizing and anti-bacterial products, especially on "high-touch" items. Staying in a vacation rental can be safer than hotels and you control your environment.

Love this house and location. Was visiting for a gymnastics meet at the convention center and visited Disneyland. Easy drive to and from all of these places. House was clean and spacious. Loved that all the bedrooms had bathrooms attached. Also was nice there was enough supplies (toilet paper, paper towels) to get us through our stay and not have to worry about those items. Would definitely stay here again.
