(NO EXCEPTIONS) • If your dog has a barking tendency when left alone we kindly ask that you bring them with you when leaving the loft as we do have other guests in the building • Pet must be ON leash at ALL times when outside of the home • Pet must NEVER be left unattended on the patio • Pets are NOT allowed on beds or furniture at anytime • Pet feces must be cleaned after. If there is any poop left inside, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $50 • Pet cannot be washed or bathed in tubs or sinks • FEES: Pet urinating indoors will result in a $100 floor disinfecting fee • FEES: Pet showered in bath or sinks will result in a $200 fee • FEES: Pet hairs found on sheets or furniture will result in a $100 cleaning fee • Please follow check-in and out instructions • You must CLIMB a ladder to reach one of the sleeping areas of this loft.
