Nestled in the gentle hills of Sorrento Coast, La Terrazza Family Holidays is a private family holiday home that offers you a Home away from Home.  
  
It is the most welcoming Family Friendly Vacation Rental in Sorrento Amalfi Coast.  
  
La Terrazza Family Holidays, lies on the rolling hills of the Sorrento Peninsula, far from the chaos, but only 800 meters from the main square of Sant'Agnello, easily reachable on foot, with a walk of only 10 minutes (800 meters) through the ancient streets of the village of Maiano, between period buildings and small craft shops.  
  
La Terrazza Family Holidays is located on the first and second floor of a small period building, without elevator. The staircase to reach the first floor from the common courtyard, is comfortable and well lit, and consists of 18 steps with stairlift.  
With over \*150 sq mt (1600 sq. feet) \* and 3 rooms for up to 10 guests, this inviting two-storey house (without lift) offers plenty of space for your family or group of friends to relax without being crowded.  
  
Spacious living areas, panoramic roof top terrace, a modern kitchen and dining room with patio doors leading out onto a sunny oranges garden are only some of the things you will find here.  
  
La Terrazza Family Holidays has been designed to comfortably accommodate families and groups traveling with small children by providing for free two BABY KIT composed by a

\- high chair,   
\- baby bath,  
\- toys  
and baby cutlery and plates, upon request.

The property was very bright and cheery. The location was close to the San Angelo train station. Our host was very attentive and helpful. Beautiful views from the roof top and family room area. We would definitely recommend

#### Great place to stay with family

We had a wonderful stay at Michele’s home. It’s in a quiet location with parking conveniently around the corner. Checking in was easy. The place was well stocked with supplies and clean. We were connected with him throughout our stay and always had everything we need.

#### Lovely 6 day stay

Great location close to Sorrento if driving, we visited several times. Parking is provided close by to the property with dedicated area. Fantastic view on the roof top terrace. Restaurants within walking distance, very tasty. Hosts were VERY attentive and helpful with any queries we had. Would recommend this apartment.

#### Magnificent!

Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. Very clean, very hospitable, very comfortable and roomy. Views are breathtaking all time of day. It was difficult to locate even with directions but worth every effort. Charming Village great to explore!

It was a great location in a very quiet town, about a 49 minute walk from Sorrento through residential streets. We enjoyed the evening walks, and the train to take you into Sorrento is only about a 10 minute walk away if you wanted to avoid the walk. The view was beautiful from the balcony, and plenty of space for a large family. We had very unpleasant odors from the kitchen for the majority of the trip and no hot water for the first day. The host was responsive, and fixed the hot water quickly for us. Things happen, and it did not take away from the experience. We appreciated their responsiveness.

The unit was exactly as advertised and more. Lots of space for the entire family and more. The owner, Michele, was available and checked in every day to make sure we were comfortable and happy. I would stay here when back in the Sorrento area. Thank you Michele!!

#### What a lovely spot, lovely host! 

Our stay started well before we checked in with comprehensive guides to the property, area, etc and helpful communication from the owner. The house is gorgeous and perfectly appointed. Watching the sunset from the roof deck after a busy day was a dream. Michelle also had excellent recommendations for boat trips, restaurants, etc. I felt like I was staying with family based on the level of care. Highly, highly recommend.

#### Perfect group getaway

Wonderful stay! We loved the space, the terrace, the quiet little streets surrounding the property, and the beautiful view. We had a group of 6 and fit comfortably. The terrace was a great place to let everyone spread out. Michele was a fantastic host and answered all of our questions quickly. The rooms were spacious and we loved the speaker system to play music while we made dinner. We had dinner on the rooftop overlooking the sunset and it was truly magical!

We had a great stay. It was very clean and had everything we needed even beach towels. The host was amazing and left us a nice bottle to enjoy.

#### Lovely comfortable property

We had a very nice stay at La Terrazza. Michele was very welcoming and helpful with tips on local sight seeing and responded very quickly to any questions we had. The view from the terrace cannot be done justice with a picture! The sunset views and nighttime views across the bay of Naples were simply amazing. We were able to easily access all the sights we wished to see and rest comfortably at La Terrazza when we returned. The Circumvesuviana train station, food shops, and restaurants are all in easy walking distance. We had a little trouble driving on the peninsula the huge car we were issued by the rental car company for the six of us, but it fit quite easily into the secure lot Michele provides and public transportation was so good that we only used the car to get to Paestum! Thank you Michele, for a lovely stay.

#### Would not recommend this place!!

We had to carry all our luggage too far to and from the apartment. Much too far from the center of Sorrento (more like 3.5km or a 45 minute walk). Definately did not like the location. Our greeter was very quick to explain things and was not very thorough. Ended up we could not even turn on the stove top or tv in one of the rooms. The place was full of ants!!

Super!Vom ersten Kontakt bis zum Check in alles reibungslos. Michele war während unseres kompletten Aufenthalt stets bemüht, das uns an nichts fehlte und immer erreichbar. In der Wohnung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Alles ist sehr gut erreichbar. Der ausblick von der terasse abends ist ein traum...

#### Bien situé au milieu des champs et des italiens.

Court séjour mais bien pratique avec cette place de parking pratique, une nécessité dans le secteur. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse plus que pour une photo de famille, mais ce n'est que partie remise.

#### Very nice and clean holiday house with extraordinary roof terrace

Very comfortable holiday house, very clean rooms, beautiful and very large roof terrace. A/C works fine. House is very well equipped with lots of electronic devices. Michele is a fantastic host, who puts a lot of effort in making your stay really enjoyable. Please carefully read his instructions, especially for the arrival and the parking! Don't try to enter via Occulto with a normal sized car!! The only negative: the stove reaches its load limit with more than 4 guests, as all the flames apparently have to share the power.

#### Casa ben organizzata e accogliente.

Tutto perfetto salvo qualche problema con l'acqua calda.... La casa è spaziosa e ben organizzata. Il padrone, Michele, gentile, si preoccupa molto degli ospiti, ma non lo vedi mai....

#### Typische Italiaanse woning

Woning is erg netjes, alles heel schoon, rustig gelegen op een binnenpleintje waar nog twee woningen liggen. Deze zijn van permanente plaatselijke bewoners, allen erg vriendelijk. Een eventuele huurauto kun je apart neerzetten op een afgesloten parkeerplaats. Slaapkamers, goede bedden en erg ruim. Badkamers heel netjes met WC en douche. Verder is de ligging van SanAgnello zeer ideaal. Ideaal als uitvalsbasis naar de Amalfikust, Sorrento of richting Pompeii en Napels. Winkels, restaurants, treinstation op 5 min lopen. Verder stukken goedkoper dan een dorp verder, Sorrento. De eigenaar , Michele, is super vriendelijk een behulpzaam. Kortom , een aanrader.

Nous avons passé un séjour particulièrement agréable à La Terrazza. L'appartement est spacieux et très bien équipé. Les deux salles de bains ont été refaites très récemment. La terrasse est extra, très grande avec une vue magnifique. Sant Agnello est idéalement situé pour visiter Naples, Pompéi, Capri, la côte amalfitaine... Et Michele a été parfait: très facilement joignable, il nous a attendu tard le soir de notre arrivée suite à un retard d'avion, nous avons trouvé à notre arrivée des pâtes et une bonne bouteille de vin. Bref, nous recommandons sans réserve la Terrazza et y retournerons volontiers!

#### Michele was a wonderful host

Michele was a wonderful host and very responsive to our needs and request. His directions to reach the apartment were detailed and great; it would have been tricky to find otherwise. He greeted us and showed us the apt. answering all questions. We were 4, but you could easily accommodate more persons. The terrace was great for outside dining and relaxing. Great view--we were lucky enough to see the super moon from the deck!....Nice to have the washing machine...Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. It was nice to be close to but just outside of Sorrento. Easy to get to the town for the boat; we had a car, which was great, even just trekking into Sorrento. A great place to stay!
