The 4-storey property consists of 2 spacious lounges overlooking the village, a stately dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms as well as 4 additional toilets and can therefore accommodate 11 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, a washing machine, a dryer as well as children's books and toys. Furthermore, a table tennis table and a private gym are available on the property. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This vacation rental boasts a private outdoor space featuring a large garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, and 2 balconies for guests to enjoy. Enjoy this exclusive place with the whole family. In a privileged environment only 45 km from Barcelona, surrounded by oak, pine and holm oak forests. The property is set 5 minutes from a motorcycle circuit and 10 minutes from a golf course. It is recommended to visit Moiá, Castellterçol, and Castellcir (the nearby towns) as well as Coves del Toll in Moia. Excursions on foot and by bike/motorcycle/offroad vehicle are available. A parking space is available on the property, free parking is available on the street and 2 parking spaces are available in a garage. Bringing pets, smoking, barbecuing, celebrating events, or making noise in the outdoor areas are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available.
