Magnificent and spacious holiday home with 4 bedrooms, for 8 people. Ground floor: Large dining-living room of 75m2 with direct access to garden, pool, porch of 35m2 next to the beach, large kitchen of 20m2 completely renovated, a bathroom (with shower), a room (2 beds x 90) with direct access to garden and pool. First floor, 3 bedrooms, 1 bed x 1,60, 4 x 90, 2 bathrooms with shower and terrace of 12m2 with panoramic sea views. Large outdoor space where you can enjoy the garden, pool, sun loungers tanning or read a good book, chill-out area, barbecue and good leisure moments in this wonderful house with all amenities. Wi-fi, air conditioning by conducts, parking inside the plot by a \[hidden\] not available). Located 50 meters from the large beach the ÀMFORA, fine sand and dunes, ideal for the practice of windsurfing, sailing, kayaking, . . . Groups under 25 are not accepted. Pets are not allowed
