This spacious villa, located near the east coast of Mallorca, offers an excellent location with easy access to all amenities. The private pool, adorned with blue mosaics, includes an outdoor shower and is surrounded by sun loungers. Evenings are best enjoyed with a barbecue in the garden, framed by hedges and featuring two covered terraces perfect for relaxing at any time of day. The bright and inviting interior showcases simple and cheerful décor. The combination of exposed beam ceilings and warm-toned flooring makes guests feel right at home. Two spacious living rooms offer comfortable seating areas with fireplaces, high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, and CD and DVD players. Additionally, the villa has two fully equipped kitchenswith dishwashers and washing machines, and the bedrooms are spacious and bright. Just 1 km from the beautiful Cala Millor beaches, this villa allows you to enjoy strolls along the promenade or relax at the quiet beach of Cala Bona. Guests also have access to the weekly market and shops in Manacor, only 17 km away. After a day of exploration, return to Villa Can Amer, where you can end the day with a barbecue and a glass of winewhile the sun sets.
