"Wonderful place, gorgeous setting, amazing views. We stayed at the start of the Ibiza season (April) and so it felt as though the island needed to wake up from hibernation. The service in the main restaurant was really not good enough. Had to wait to sit, got incorrect orders more than once. "THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL. DONT STAY HERE. First of all this is a 2 star hotel at best. Let’s start with the rooms. They are tiny. The towels are so cheap feeling they don’t even dry you. The pillows are terrible. There’s one type of soap in the shower and it’s disgusting so if you do stay here bring soap. They charge so much for the lowest quality service and experience. ALSO! DONT LEAVE STUFF IN LUGGAGE ROOM! Two pairs of my shoes were stolen from there and the staff didn’t help to find it,...
