"THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL. DONT STAY HERE. First of all this is a 2 star hotel at best. Let’s start with the rooms. They are tiny. The towels are so cheap feeling they don’t even dry you. The pillows are terrible. There’s one type of soap in the shower and it’s disgusting so if you do stay here bring soap. They charge so much for the lowest quality service and experience. ALSO! The area of ibiza is a bit all inclusive so there was not much choice in way of restaurants in the small village/town as it seems most eat at their all inclusive hotel. One small issue was that the air con was in the kids bedroom area (living room) and there was no air con unit in the adult bedroom - kids were very cool, we were baking ..."
