"The house looks lovely from outside, as it has a beautiful garden and it is fully equipped, however most equipment was mouldy. Everything in the cupboards was covered in mould and lots of insects in the beds! We have been bitten as the house wasn't cleaned properly. The wardrobes were dusty inside and the floors were dirty. The fuse was going off a few times during our 2 week start, however it was solved eventually. The smell in the house was terrible and it was hard to sleep there due to the...

"This place is such a gem. It’s incredibly private, surrounded by farm land. Despite its privacy, you are 5 mins from a fantastic local grocery store with local produce and meat. The house is so artistically restored, with beautiful mementos and artifacts around the house. My family really felt like they were staying in a fantastic, beautiful family home for a week. Unpleasant manager; outdated rooms, which look nothing like the online photos; old mattresses; no towels, no bed sheets and no toilet paper (this is something you have to pay extra for or bring your own).
