Beautiful modern apartment recently built just 300 meters from Cala Gracio beach, first sea linea, with south orientation and wonderful sunsets. The apartment of 92 sq.m., on the first floor and with direct access to the pool and sea. It has 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, living-dinning room with opened kitchen and nice terrace of 16 sq.m. With wardrobe (washing machine, dryer, thermo). The apartment has air conditioned hot/cold, alarm system and one place for parking in the basement. The residential is very quiet and nice, with a big pool and lot of beautiful plants around. Night watch service during summer time. Possible to rent for summer season (June - September). Price 4 months: 30.000 €.- plus electricity expenses. Minimum rental is 32 days.
