The villa is very specious with fantastic views over the sea and the islands of Conejera and Bosque, it develops on 3 levels with 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, for a total of 8 sleeps. Outside we find the private pool that measures 8mx4m (barrier on request), barbecue, several covered or uncovered terraces either furnished with chill out lounge or outdoor dining. \===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION ===== On the ground floor, completely independent, there is 1 double bedroom with matrimonial bed, bathroom with shower, safe and air conditioning and 1 double bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and ventilation. On the main floor there is a large living room, a dining room with fireplace and stereo with direct access to the terrace and pool, a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, washing machine dishwasher and all useful appliances. Furthermore, 1 double bedroom with 2 single beds, en suite bathroom with shower and air conditioning and 1 double bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom with bath On the upper floor that can be accessed from inside and outside with staircases, there is a large living room with sofa, fireplace, Sat TV with flat screen, DVD player and audio system and also a large terrace fully furnished with chairs and outdoor table for 9 people. Finally, the villa comes complete with a garage with washing machine and parking space for 2 cars.
