The villa is part of a fully fenced private estate, accessed through a remote-controlled sliding gate 🚪 for easy and secure access. The surroundings are tranquil and discreet, in a low-profile, family-friendly residential area, mainly inhabited by local neighbours whom I know personally — offering a level of safety and seclusion that’s hard to match. Inside, the villa offers three bright and comfortable bedrooms, along with two full bathrooms, elegantly equipped — one of them en suite with the master bedroom. In addition, there’s a convenient guest WC by the pool area. 🛁🚿 The heart of the house is a spacious living room, furnished with two large and cozy sofas, perfect for relaxing together. The space is adorned with authentic furniture passed down through my family, giving it a warm and personal touch that reflects the character and soul of the home. L’ile est absolument magnifique . La villa est authentique , tres haut de gamme , jardins avec arbres a fruits , coin piscine tres VIP , tout vraiment super bien ammenage . Emplacement parfait a 11 km de Ibiza ville et a proximite de nombreuses plages . Notre hote Toni etait tres acceuillant , tres disponible , pourtant discret , nous a donne beaucoup de chouettes adresses (plages, restaurants , supermarche ...). Je recommande chaudement cette adresse tant pour groupe d’adultes (notre cas) que pour famille avec enfants ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir :-) ##### juliette r. The pool area is sublime and makes you want to spend all days in the sun. The location of the villa on the island is ideal as it is really central and therefore a short distance from all the places to see. And Toni was extremely friendly and helpful. As soon as I made the booking I was text by Toni thanking me for making the reservation. I was sent over every little piece of information that you need. This covered nearby attractions, shops and directions to places of interest. On arrival we were greeted by a very polite and friendly host who allowed us to get changed and leave our luggage in the villa until check in. We arrived 3 hours early so being able to freshen up was great. We came back at 3 and Toni gave us a tour of the stunning Villa. I was completely blown away by the entire Villa. The living area was immaculate with everything you need for your stay. The outside area is stunning! An amazing pool with a beautiful outside dining area with some awesome views. You are surrounded by beauty and even fresh fruit on the trees if you wish. It’s a 15 minute walk to Lidl/San Antonio Bay Area so the location was perfect. I have travelled the world but must say this Villa ticked every single box for me. I highly recommend this place, not only for the premises but also for a great host. Close to San an we walked in some days, or a short 5 minute drive, taxis available all the time. Ideally located close to Pikes. Toni was so helpful and accommodating.
