Points positifs - Propreté de la chambre, confort des lits, proximité de la gare de Sendai et petit déjeuner excellent, mais cela n'a pas compensé notre mécontentement. Point négatif - Nous avons choisi cet hôtel spécifiquement pour avoir accès à l'onsen d'eau naturel. Nous avons discuté la semaine précédente avec la réception de l'hôtel pour avoir des informations sur les onsen. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés hier, nous avons été bien accueillis et avons commencé à nous enregistrer. Presque à la fin, la réceptionniste a déclaré que le onsen était fermé pour maintenance et que cette maintenance était prévue depuis longtemps. Nous avons été choqués et déçus. Nous avons parlé avec l'hôtel et à aucun moment ils n'ont dit que le onsen serait fermé le 2 décembre. Nous nous sommes plaints, mais le préposé s'est simplement excusé. Nous avions payé d'avance et demandé un remboursement. Nous étions sur le point de chercher un autre hôtel en raison du manque de respect envers le client. Le réceptionniste a dit que ce ne serait pas possible. Nous pensons que l'hôtel a agi de manière irrespectueuse, de mauvaise foi car il savait à l'avance que le onsen serait fermé et ne nous a pas prévenu au moment de la réservation et a refusé de nous rembourser. Le respect du client est fondamental et ce n'est pas le cas dans cet hôtel.
