City Home is a very comfortable single-family house located in the heart of Sanremo, Italy. It offers the convenience of Internet Wifi and easy access to various amenities within walking distance, making it an ideal choice for your vacation rental.

The property enjoys a prime location, just 400 meters from the sandy beach and 150 meters from a cycle lane, providing ample opportunities for outdoor activities and relaxation.

Nearby attractions such as Teatro Ariston (400 meters), Casino (1.4 km), and Piazza Bresca (400 meters) offer cultural and entertainment options for visitors. Please note that loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday rental.

The property is conveniently situated in the center of Sanremo, just 11 km from the centers of Riva Ligure and Bordighera, and 8 km from the center of Arma di Taggia. You will find a tasteful and cosy 2-room apartment of 70 square meters, located on the 1st floor. It features a living/dining room with a sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), and an exit leading to the terrace. There is also one double bedroom. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, and a kettle, and it has an exit to the terrace as well. The apartment has a shower, bidet, and a WC. Gas heating is available, but it can only be used from November 1st to April 15th. The unit has a large terrace with terrace furniture, offering a view of the resort.  
  
Amenities Included  
The amenities included in this vacation rental are a washing machine, a baby cot for up to 2-year-olds, and free WiFi internet access. Additionally, you are allowed to bring one pet or dog during your stay. The apartment has a private entrance.
