### Verde Giada

A small precious stone inside the beautiful Portosole residence, in the center of Sanremo and a stone's throw from the sea.
  
 This beautiful accommodation has many comforts, such as the great proximity to the beaches, a tennis court, a bowling green, a large swimming pool, free parking, large gardens, direct access to the beautiful cycle path and a spacious private garden.
  
 The accommodation has 4 total beds, a foldaway kitchen, sofas including one sofa bed, television, coffee machine, Wi-Fi, air conditioning in both areas, bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed and large wall wardrobe.
  
 The bedroom and living room have direct access to the private garden where you can eat and relax.
  
The neighborhood is one of the quietest and well-stocked in Sanremo, inside the Residence Portosole, next to the entrance of the residence we find a very good pizzeria and several shops in the area together with supermarkets.
  
 The apartment is located in a fantastic position, a few minutes walk from the center of Sanremo via cycle path to fully enjoy the sea view and the Ligurian sun.
  
 The pool is open from 01/06 to 15/09\. For information about the pool contact us before booking, the sun loungers available to guests for the pool have a maximum limit of 2, to access the activities of the residence it is always necessary to go to the concierge and communicate the names for the Dogliani apartment.
