It has an independent entrance and is spread over two floors plus mezzanine, it has four windows plus a roof window. The first floor houses the entrance, where a single bed is placed, the double bedroom and the bathroom with shower. On the second floor there is the large living room kitchen with hob, electric oven, microwave, washing machine and with a mezzanine area where there are two single beds.
