### Casa Meridiana - Center

Homeleven offers a charming apartment located on the 5th floor, equipped with a lift for maximum comfort. The accommodation is located in the central area of Sanremo, not far from the main points of interest of the city, such as the famous Casino and the Ariston Theater. The strategic position allows you to easily reach shops, restaurants and essential services  
  
. At the entrance on the left you will find a welcoming kitchen with a lovely outdoor terrace that houses the washing machine. Opposite the entrance, a bright room with TV and an elegant dining table complete with six chairs will welcome you. The sleeping area consists of two spacious mirrored double bedrooms, furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and large wardrobe. Both bedrooms have a comfortable ceiling fan to ensure pleasant air circulation. The bathroom, located next to one of the bedrooms, is complete with shower, toilet and bidet. Both bedrooms offer access to a balcony with north exposure and splendid views of the Madonna della Costa. Here, you can enjoy al fresco meals or relax using the outdoor table and chairs at your disposal.
