Additionally, there is a communal outdoor pool and solarium, ideal for hot days. It is located within a golf course and near the beach. Nine outdoor parking spaces are available at the entrance of the house and two spaces in the garage (for a motorcycle and a car). The residential complex is gated and guarded, with no paid parking zones or parking issues. Pets are allowed upon request and for an extra fee. Events are not permitted, nor is leaving trash at the door or inside the house; hygiene regulations must be followed. Late check-in is available for an additional fee. Please note that there may be government regulations regarding water use during your stay, which could affect pool use, garden irrigation, or limit tap water usage. Steam iron and outdoor summer cinema are available upon prior request and for an extra charge. Accommodation of persons not listed in the reservation is not allowed.
