On the roof of the building, there is a saltwater swimming pool that invites you to relax and swim on sunny days. It measures 5.5 x 3 metres and is 1.25 metres deep. There is also an outdoor swimming pool for your convenience and four sun loungers where you can sunbathe and relax. Located on the ground floor of the lift building, it offers comfortable living with an open-plan design that makes the most of every corner. Upon entering the flat, there is a welcoming room that incorporates the living-dining area and a mini-kitchen with basic amenities. The lounge is equipped with a Smart TV, central air conditioning, and underfloor heating to ensure comfort at all times of the year. One of the guests can relax on the sofa bed. The compact but fully-equipped kitchen has a ceramic hob and all the utensils you need for everyday life. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe for storing personal belongings. A full bathroom with shower completes the flat. If you are travelling with a child, we can provide a cot and high chair. An iron and ironing board are also available. Just 400 metres from the centre, from this flat you can discover all the charm of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, a town with a unique gastronomic offer, manzanilla wineries, and beautiful beaches.
