« Hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt, komme sicher wieder, Essen spitze, Service super, sehr gepflegtes Haus mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern nur so weiter, habe Gespräche am Nebentisch gehört sehr viele Stammgäste, genial der große Spielplatz mit den Tieren. Pool gut beheizt innen und außen, Whirlpool, Saunen da kann man Urlaub machen, ach jetzt fehlt mir noch ein der Ausblick Pool Berge Schnee in der Früh auf der Spitze wie im Bilderbuch :) »

« Apesar da piscina interna ser um pouco fria (se fosse uns 2º/3ºC a mais já resolveria essa questão), a jacuzzi do lado de fora tem uma temperatura fantástica e era o ponto alto do hotel! O atendimento dos funcionários era fantástico, a concierge Ingrid foi super prestativa e simpática, e a Maya do Maro Club foi um amor e super atenciosa com a nossa filha (mesma minha filha mal falando inglês, adorou ficar algumas horinhas brincando enquanto esquiávamos). »

"Superbe chambre au calme avec vue sur les montagnes, très bien équipée, et lit très confortable. Parking extérieur réservé aux clients de l'hotêl. Seul bémol non négligeable pendant les fortes chaleur et incompréhensible pour un hôtel de ce standing : l'absence de climatisation ! Car difficile d'ouvrir les fenêtres pour rafraîchir la chambre en raison des moustiques... (pour rappel l'hotêl est équipé d'une piscine extérieure et est à 15 min à pied du lac)"
