In the district of Plangeross 9.5 km from the centre of St. Leonhard im Pitztal, 27 km from the centre of Wenns, 38 km from the centre of Imst. For shared use: property, meadow. Garden furniture. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, bus stop "Plangeross" 230 m, railway station "Ötztal Bahnhof" 44 km, outdoor swimming pool 27 km. Walking paths from the house, cycle lane 100 m, mountain railway 3 km, gondola lift 2 km, ski bus stop 150 m, ski school 2 km, cross country ski track 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Rifflsee 2 km, Pitztaler Gletscher 9 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). The owner lives in the same residence.  
"Daheim – Talblick", 2-room apartment 22 m2 on 3rd floor. Rustic and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed and satellite TV (flat screen), radio. 1 small double bedroom, without window.
