Boasting two large bedrooms, two upgraded bathrooms, a modern kitchen with spacious dining area, and access to fantastic amenities, this residence is the perfect choice for a fun-filled family vacation. The Space: This unit is located in the Pointe Santo de Sanibel development, one of just a few positioned DIRECTLY on Sanibel\`s beachfront. It is equipped with a king bed in the master bedroom and as an added bonus features a handicapped accessible master bathroom, making this residence the perfect choice for someone with limited mobility! In the guest bedroom there is a full and twin sized bed, with an accompanying bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination. There is also a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room of this residence. In addition, the primary bedroom has a pull out twin sized armchair bed next to the king bed.
