Sundial N203 is an upscale residence located within Sundial East that features plush master quarters with king bed, a spacious guest bedroom equipped with queen beds, an extra den featuring a queen Murphy bed and desk, a spacious and well appointed living area with an oversized flatscreen TV, and a robust, fully equipped, kitchen. Renovated in 2024, guests staying with us will be among the first to experience this luxurious residence! The Space: This condo, Sundial N203, is located within Sundial East, which is a part of the world renowned Sundial community featuring a private pool onsite and many other fantastic amenities! Sundial is known for its white sugar sand beaches and fantastic amenities. This unit was fully renovated in 2024 with top of the line finishes and decor, aiming to please even the most discerning of guests. Featuring a master bedroom with King bed and en-suite bathroom, a guest bedroom with 2 Queen beds, and den with Murphy bed this unit is ideal for larger parties. The fully equipped kitchen includes all of the cookware one would require to prepare even the most gourmet of meals during their trip. Enjoy crisp, cool, breezes from the comfort of your oversized lanai as you sip coffee in the morning. Lastly, this unit comes with access to an exclusive private cabana accessible from the patio, ideal for relaxing and entertaining at the end of a fun filled day at the beach. Guests have access to the community pool pertaining to the Sundial East OPQ building, located just a few steps away. Please note that the pool pool adjacent to this unit is currently closed for renovations and is expected to reopen in 2026. \*\*\*Please reference the guest access section for information on amenity availability.\*\*\* City of Sanibel Dwelling License Number RDWL-010526 Guest Access: This is a privately owned and rented property in Sundial East. The greater resort shopping, dining, and Tiki Bar are all open and available for public use. Guests may also purchase access to the resort pool. Guests are welcome to inquire with us prior to booking for current pricing for resort pool use and also availability of Sundial East amenities. Rosen Vacations does not administer or guarantee access/availability to the resort pool or pool passes. Guests are responsible for verifying availability and securing passes if they would like to access the resort pool. Tiki bar, restaurants, and shopping at Sundial are available to the public and do not require a resort pass. The Neighborhood: Sundial of Sanibel is located on Middle Gulf Drive, perfectly situated between the East and West Ends of Sanibel Island. A quick stroll into the mainland, yet secluded enough as to maintain your privacy and atmosphere of tranquility throughout your stay. Getting Around: We recommend bikes, golf cart or a rental car, although neither is absolutely necessary to fully enjoy this residence. Other Things to Note: Guests must sign a rental agreement and liability waiver before checking in. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
