With amenities including a swimming pool, tennis, pickleball, and private beach access, you’ll have everything you need for relaxation and recreation right on the property. Outdoor enthusiasts will find endless opportunities—golf, sailing, fishing, or exploring 23 miles of scenic hiking and biking trails. After a day of adventure, your condo is the ideal place to unwind with a swim, a barbecue, or simply some quiet time. This residence features a spacious living room with ceramic tile floors, sectional sofa, and flat-screen TV, all in soothing coastal tones of blue and grey. The open dining area flows into a fully updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a convenient island. The primary suite offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and custom-tiled shower in the en suite bath. A guest bedroom with one queen bed and one full bed with a flat-screen TV, along with a second bathroom featuring a tiled shower, ensures comfort for family and friends. A washer and dryer in the unit adds to your convenience. We want to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Please note that Seashells of Sanibel does not have elevators. All units are accessible only by stairs, so we kindly ask that you plan accordingly for luggage and mobility needs, this unit is on the second floor.
