With over 50 restaurants and many stores open, including Jerry’s Grocery, Sandpiper Beach has been welcoming guests since April 2024\. The pool, tennis & pickleball courts are open. Some areas of our island (not near Sandpiper Beach) are under construction but won’t impact your enjoyment.\*\*\* Sandpiper Beach Condos is a 27-unit, secluded Gulf-front property that is tucked away on Sanibel Island beneath swaying palms.
