This top-floor island resort studio with elevator access, features a spacious open concept living area and kitchen that is perfect for families, entertaining, or enjoying as a couple! Photos are current as of October 2025! \*\*4-Night Minimum Stay Now through December 19th!\*\* CONDO FEATURES Sundial A406 is a 1 bedroom 1 bath studio with direct beachfront sleeping 4 guests. This unit is located in the A building which is the closest to the beach within the resort. Open living room/dining floor plan offers expansive gulf front views. The bedroom features a comfortable king bed with en-suite bath. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests, privacy room divider screen on hand if needed. There is a washer dryer for your convenience as well as an elevator. During your time at this island retreat, dine al fresco on the screened lanai looking out at the Gulf of Mexico, relax in the immaculately maintained community swimming pools, and play a round or more of tennis at the on-site tennis courts! Of course, spending time on Sanibel's powdery beaches cannot be missed. Feel free to use the provided beach towels and beach equipment as you head to the beach - just steps away! Unfortunately the huge king size bed had the worst feeling mattress I've ever slept on. It made for an uncomfortable nights sleep.
