This beautifully decorated and appointed residence is located within Sanibel\`s Esteemed Island Beach Club community, known to be one of the best on island. Comfortably situated on the third floor (accessible by elevator or stairs) with a partially wrapped patio, fantastic gulf views abound from almost every inch of this property. Featuring smart TVs in every room, a remodeled interior, and island vibe throughout, this residence is sure to impress. With unrivaled amenities, the community is no slouch either. Featuring an enormous rectangular pool with recreation spaces on either side, shuffleboard, community area, and more, you will enjoy a cornucopia of exciting experiences at your fingertips. In terms of layout, the master quarters are enormous and appointed with a large king bed and en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom is equipped with a queen bed. For additional convenience, guests will most certainly also enjoy the oversized laundry room, located adjacent to the kitchen. In terms of location, Island Beach Club is central to all Sanibel has to offer, including Jerry's Grocery, restaurants, shopping, and of course, the beach! The condo features direct gulf views from a partial wraparound patio, a full kitchen with cookware, a walk in laundry and recreation room with sink basin, large living area with dining table, and a king/queen bed configuration in the bedrooms City of Sanibel Dwelling License Number: RDWL-011181 Guest Access: Guests will have access to onsite amenities including pool, recreation area, grills, shuffleboard, and more! The Neighborhood: This residence is located on Sanibel\`s West Gulf locale, one of the most beautiful and secluded on the island. As soon as you walk in the door, the comfortable relaxing feeling, lovely warm inviting decor, superb cleanliness, and amazing mgmt team at Rosen Vacations, everything I needed was there. Even the beautiful tile showers were heavenly. And when you walk into the large living room/dining/ kitchen area with the wall of windows with palm trees and the beach/water, it was absolutely breathtaking. I had no issues and thoroughly enjoyed my 8 night stay. We explored the island for shelling, and by far, the beach out front was the best shelling on the entire island. The porch was a favorite spot with a beautiful view of the beach and gulf. The complex was very quiet and a less than a two minute walk to the sand/beach. It was a perfect trip for me to relax and decompress; I will be returning every year for our annual Sanibel shelling trip. Thank you for making it such a fantastic memorable trip. And a shout out to Shaded Beach Rentals, Mike was absolutely fantastic, I will use him every year.
