This charming 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom ground-level home is located in the highly sought-after Dunes neighborhood on beautiful Sanibel Island. Thoughtfully designed with a spacious split floor plan, there's plenty of room for the whole family – including your furry friend! Step inside to find a bright, open-concept living space adorned with modern coastal finishes and stylish upgrades throughout. Whether you're cooking in the gourmet kitchen, lounging in the sunlit living room, or sharing meals in the dining area, you'll feel right at home. Step outside and soak up the Florida sunshine in your private outdoor oasis. The heated pool offers serene views of the lush golf course, making it the ideal spot for morning coffee, afternoon swims, or evening relaxation under the stars. Come experience the comfort, convenience, and tranquility of Osprey Hideaway – where island living meets modern luxury. The Dunes is a public 18-hole golf and tennis club with a pool, restaurant, golf pro shop, and tennis pro shop. Renters are able to purchase the use of The Dunes Pool & Tennis membership & clubhouse for an ADDITIONAL FEE paid to the Dunes directly. Renters are allowed to purchase ONE 30-day pass ONLY regardless of the length of your rental period. Golf is NOT included and will require an additional fee to play. The clubhouse is a common meeting point for tennis players, golfers, locals, and visitors. The clubhouse offers full-service dining with spectacular views of the golf course and wildlife preserve. This home has a highly sought-after location that will allow for many options for beach/water access. The deeded beach access is located at the end of Lindgren Blvd on East Gulf Drive just west of the Sanibel Inn -- only a 16-minute walk or a quick 5-minute bike ride away. There is limited parking available there to access by car. In addition to the deeded access you can also quickly walk, ride, or drive to the Bay entrance at the end of Bailey's Road great for fishing or kayaking, the Sanibel Causeway Island B (closest to Sanibel) for stellar sunsets, and the Lighthouse Beach (at the most Eastern point of the island) for a bit of history, use of the new fishing pier, and fun dolphin watching. Home amenities include 3 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 1 Full bed, 1 Twin upper bunk & 1 Futon (sleeps 8). Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, private heated pool, spacious outdoor patio, deeded beach access, washer & dryer, BBQ gas grill. Pet Allowed (Dogs Only). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience. Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen!
