Our fully equipped condo has been completely remodeled with two bedrooms and two tile shower/bathtubs bathrooms. We know you'll love the beautifully decorated interiors and the beachfront location on the convenient east end of Sanibel Island. The condo is incredibly bright and spacious and sleeps up to 6 people. Loggerhead Cay 501 is on the ground floor of a four- story building. You will have a dedicated parking spot right outside the condos front door.
One of the special features we love about this unit is the ground floor screened in lanai that has a door directly to the beach. After a long day of enjoying Sanibel or just relaxing at the beach, it's nice to relax and enjoy the sound of the waves crashing ashore while watching the sunset.
Additionally, there is an Olympic-size heated ocean facing pool, a seashell washing station, two pickleball and one tennis/pickleball court, shuffleboard, community outdoor grills, outdoor dining tables next to grills, and of course, the beach is your backyard.
It's all about location, as they say, and we are located two miles from Sanibel's famous lighthouse beach and 1 1/2 miles from Jerry's grocery store. Sanibel has two public golf courses nearby. Right outside the front door, there are 25 miles of stunning shared-use paths for you to enjoy while biking or walking. LOGGERHEAD CAY, 501 is just a few minutes from the Causeway, local restaurants, and great shopping.
Guests of this unit will discover why so many hold the Loggerhead Cay community near and dear to their hearts. We also offer a beach cart, beach chairs, sand toys, and beach umbrellas all stored in the ground-level storage unit for you to use.

The master bedroom offers an en suite bathroom with a king-size comfy bed, hotel-quality sheets, a dresser, desk/makeup area with lighted 10x mirror, a 50-inch smart TV. Stocked with Tp, Kleenex, soap, shampoo & conditioner, blow dryer, beach towels, and much more.

‱ Second Bedroom:
The second bedroom offers a comfy queen and twin bed, a dresser, and a 32-inch smart TV. A dedicated bathroom Stocked with luxury towels, TP, Kleenex, soap, shampoo & conditioner, facial wipes, blow dryer, beach towels and much more.

‱ Living Area:
The main living area offers a pull-out Queen sofa sleeper with a 65-inch smart TV and a push back recliner & two swivel chairs to enjoy the amazing view.

This is an excellent condo for two couples traveling together or for a family of five or six. All rooms have lighted ceiling fans.

‱ Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with a open floor plan and everything you need for your stay. Appliances are all brand new including refrigerator with filtered water and ice in the door, including a washer and dryer in the condo. Stocked with paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, cleaning products, dishwasher and laundry pods, coffee creamer & couple pods, spices, much more.

We had a wonderful stay at this Sanibel condo! The kitchen was well-stocked with spices, coffee, and sugar — such a thoughtful touch. Laundry detergent was also provided, and I replaced what I used. The “in case you forgot” cabinet was both clever and incredibly useful.Wendy and Keith were wonderful hosts, even saving our parking spaces for the day of check-in. The storage locker was a huge perk, filled with all the beach essentials, plus pickleball paddles and balls.The property itself was clean, organized, and well maintained. There were plenty of towels to last the whole week — perfect for families like ours (I reuse bath towels, but the kids aren’t so great at it, so having the option to do laundry was a big help).We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again!

Beautiful Sanibel Escape

We had a great week here over April break. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. We stayed over Easter and I have little ones who were very concerned the Easter bunny wouldn’t be able to find them. Not only did the Mary offer to intercept my packages for me, she also put little Easter decorations around the condo which made my kids so happy! The condo is close to so many things, we barely used our car and just bikes everywhere. The beach is pristine and not too busy which was great. We walked out the patio doors everyday and were set up on the beach within the next 3minutes. Such a great location!! Thank you to the hosts who thought of everything! We will be back!!

This was our first vacation back in Sanibel after two seasons away because of hurricane damage. We enjoyed this condo, which was located right on the beach . It was newly redecorated, very clean, convenient and spacious. Owners were very available to answer any questions or concerns.

A little slice of paradise!

We loved our stay at this beautifully redone condo, which sits on the ground level right next to the beach. It is furnished with everything you need (beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, wagon for toting stuff, etc.). The views are fantastic! We saw dolphins nearly every day. The pool is large for Sanibel properties and the temperature was just right for our February stay. The owners were friendly and easy to communicate with. Don't hestitate...book it today!

Great Beach Getaway

Lovely recently renovated property. Everything felt clean and fresh. Corner unit on ground floor provided excellent access to the beach. We really appreciated the beach umbrella, chairs, towels and toys. Well stocked with other general supplies. Just had to replenish a few. Great to have washer and dryer. Slight problem when we first arrived -- fridge circuit breaker had tripped and the ice in the freezer had melted; was dripping on the floor -- was easily corrected after a quick call to Keith. Any questions we had were promptly answered by Mary and Keith. Good location. Comfortable condo. Highly recommend!

Wonderful return to Sanibel

This was our fourth time staying at Loggerhead Cay but our first since Hurricane Ian and our first in an oceanfront condo. The condo was absolutely wonderful. The hosts were immediately available if needed and very kind. The place is furnished beautifully and incredibly comfortable. It is sad to see all the destruction that remains from Hurricane Ian but it is also very heartwarming to see how much of the island is back and as special as ever. We cannot wait to return.

So happy to be back

This unit is by far our favorite place on Sanibel. We have stayed here before the hurricanes and the improvements are wonderful! Kitchen is well stocked, plenty of towels and beach towels available.
