OUR PRICE IS BASED ON OCCUPANCY BY TWO ADULTS. EACH ADDITIONAL ADULT OVER 16 WILL BE CHARGED AN EXTRA OF 25$/NIGHT PLUS TAX. KIDS UNDER 16 ARE FREE. OUR CONDO EARNED MORE THEN 270 FIVE STAR REVIEWS. OUR GUESTS EMPHASIZE THE EXCEPTIONAL CLEANLINESS, PERFECT AMENITIES AND THE LOCATION. It is located on the beach on the south rim of Sanibel Island facing the Gulf of Mexico; the beachfront and the pool are just 60 yards from our condo. With 780 sqft (73 m2) living area and 150 sqft (14 m2) screened lanai, our just remodeled condo offers the biggest one bedroom unit floor plan available at Sundial, located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. It offers a beautiful view of the gulf. With ceramic tile flooring throughout the unit (carpet in the bedroom), granit countertops, crown molding, comfortable furnishing, and tasteful artwork, you will experience the touch of luxury you deserve on your holiday. This was a fantastic place to stay at with great access to the beach and use of of the Sundial pool, and bar area. The hosts, Zdenek and Zdeneka, met us at the unit to personally welcome us and give us the lay of the land so we could know about the best restaurants, stores and shops. Great Job!! ##### Rob C. The condo itself was perfect for my wife and I. Great complex with 2 pools, beautiful well kept grounds, right on the beach. We highly recommend this condo for couples.
